Tameka Green is a trusted advisor, culture strategist, and leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build environments where individuals and teams thrive. She has led transformative work across the tech, media, education, and professional services sectors—designing people-first programs and guiding enterprise-level change with clarity and care.
With deep expertise in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development, Tameka has built high-impact frameworks that support team growth, foster psychological safety, and align culture with business outcomes. She has coached mid- and senior-level leaders, scaled global employee programs, and partnered across operations, legal, HR, and executive teams to embed values into every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Tameka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Grand Street Settlement and as a Regional Ambassador for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America in the Northeast.
